The Elm City Echoes chorus is a chapter of Harmony, Inc., an international singing organization of women dedicated to performing and promoting four-part a capella Harmony in the barbershop style.

Harmony, Inc. is divided geographically into six areas within Canada and the United States, with chapters stretching from Manitoba to Florida and Newfoundland and Labrador to California. Elm City Echoes and its sister choruses in Atlantic Canada belong to Area 1.

The Elm City Echoes received its charter from Harmony, Inc. in 1977. Chorus members generously share their time and music with the community - visiting seniors residences, singing around the downtown area at Christmas, participating in local fundraising events, and performing in concerts and festivals. Chorus members also participate in learning and skills-building activities, performance coaching and yearly chorus competitions.
